402 BOYZ FOOTBALL Overview

Outlook

  • The Patriot Youth Football Program has a reputation as one of the best football organizations in the Midwest.  The emphasis on developing a strong mindset & skill level has been a foundation over the past 13 years.  Coach Mendenhall, Millard South Head Football Coach, & Coach Urban, Millard South Defensive Coordinator, are rebuilding the Patriot Youth Program to make the organization stronger for the years to come.  The strong leadership will align the goals & objectives with the high school football vision giving families the best football experience in the state.

  • We have seen the results of  having a solid youth football program with the number of players participating on Friday nights & current college football players excelling at the next level: Nebraska, Kansas State, Florida State, Air Force, Wyoming, Northern Illinois, North Dakota, South Dakota State, Northern Iowa, Wayne State, Kearney, Midland, Dakota Wesleyan, & many more.  The foundation of our success will be to offer kids a place to develop during the entire year by providing a high level training system for everyone to participate regardless of their abilities.

Goals & Objectives

  • Establish 2 teams at every grade: 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th.  We want to ensure that we have a team for every kid from the elite level (compete locally & against the best teams in the Midwest as traveling 2-3 times out of state) to the development stage (play a more local schedule with less travel) .

  • Develop a one stop shop with speed / strength training, 7 on 7 teams, tackle teams for all grades, and high school coaches to help coach the coaches so the kids are put in the best situation possible.
